Youth Leadership Initiative
The Youth Leadership Initiative (YLI) is an intensive year-long leadership program serving diverse youth, ages 14-18, in St. Paul Minnesota. YLI is based on a framework of understanding of self, working with others (often across cultures), and taking meaningful action in the community. The youth who return for a second and/or third year help design and lead the program.
